Gothatuwa New Century DLeoz Branch Club organized it’s first Service project “Yakada Sith” on the 7th October 2022 at the Victoria Elders Home, Rajagiriya with the participation of several key Lions officers. This project was organized under the Elders Care category and DLeoz members managed to fulfill many needs of the residents at the Victoria Elder’s Home as below.
Services provided;
1. Evening tea with a snack for 180 elders
2. Donation of cleaning liquids
3. Donation of Bidet Showers
4. Other financial contributions as per request by the orphanage
