“Sadaham Aruna” multi-service project was held on Monday, 17th January 2022 (Poya day) at 6.00 pm at Samanabedda Raja Maha Viharaya සමණබැද්ද රාජමහා විහාරය , Hanwella. On this day, we donated a Dharmasanaya for the temple, distributed 100 Dhamma books for temple visitors, and held “Aloka Poojawa” and “Atawisi Poojawa”. Also, we were able to donate a set of crutches for a disabled needy person on this day. We were greatly honored to have the presence of District Governor, Lion Amal Pussallage, 1st Vice Governor, Lion Gamini Kumarasinghe, Cabinet Secretary, Dr Lion Priyangi Samarawickrama, Region chairman, Region 2A, Lion Manoj Gallage, and his gracious Lion Lady Deepani Gallage, Zone Chairman, Zone 1, Region 2A, Dhanushka Sandanayake and the Regional Team of Region 2A and the members of Lions Club of Gothatuwa New Century Leo for this project.
