Region Chairperson works together with the Zone Chairpersons to ensure growth and success of the clubs in the Region. Together they monitor and discuss; the service projects being conducted by each club and the membership growth and orientation efforts of each club under their purview.
The month of October is designated for the Region Chairperson’s club visit. On 18th October 2024, the members of the Lions Club of Gothatuwa New Century Leo, together with the members of the Lions Club of Gothatuwa DLeoz, warmly welcomed our Region Chairperson, Region 2B for 2024-25, Lion Lalani Pushpakumari and her spouse Lion Renuke Perera, District CPE Coordinator, to our monthly meeting.
The gathering was held at the Lions Activity Center, Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte with active participation of members of both clubs, Visiting Lions, Lion Ladies and Leos, making it a successful meeting.
